The cabin is in Sky Harbor, between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Roads are maintained, but in winter weather a 4WD vehicle is strongly recommended.

The cabin is made for families and small groups: a king bedroom downstairs, an open loft upstairs, a stocked kitchen, Roku TVs, outdoor dining, and a private hot tub on the deck.

- 2Loft: king bed, queen sleeper sofa, foosball, arcade games, board games, and upper deck access.
- 3Hot tub: available year-round. Please shower before use and keep the cover on when finished.
House notes that prevent surprises
- AMinimum booking age is 21. Parties, events, and pets are not allowed.
- BStarter supplies are provided, including essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. Longer stays may need extra supplies.
- CRoku TVs are ready for your own streaming subscriptions. Remember to sign out before you leave.
- DThe fireplace is closed seasonally from April 1 through October 1, as is common for cabins in the area.
